Note

This feature is available for Cloud version 7.56.3 and forward. Only MyJFrog Primary Admins can enable Platform SSO. For more information, see User Roles.

This option enables you to establish a connection between the JFrog Platform and MyJFrog, so that any Platform Admin in your subscription will be able to log in to MyJFrog directly from the JFrog Platform.

To find the link to MyJFrog from the Platform, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on your profile in the upper right corner.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Cloud Subscription and Usage".

Note

MyJFrog and the JFrog platform have two different user management systems. Accessing MyJFrog through the JFrog platform without a MyJFrog user will log you in on read-only mode. To access MyJFrog through the JFrog platform using Platform SSO, you would need user credentials in both platforms. For more information, see Manage Users.

To enable Platform SSO for your MyJFrog subscription:

  1. In MyJFrog, Go to Settings | General.

New to MyJFrog? See Log In / Sign Up.

  2. In the Enable Platform SSO section:

    1. For a single-JPD subscription, click the Enable Platform SSO toggle.

    2. For a multi-JPD subscription, you can select whether to enable Platform SSO for your Subscription - all the JPDs in your subscription and any future JPDs once added, or Custom - select the JPDs you'd like to enable Platform SSO for from the drop-down menu.
