In addition to viewing the data transfer/scans information in a graph, you can drill down into your precise usage per repository using the Breakdown per Repository function. To get the breakdown:

  1. Scroll down to the Breakdown per Repository section on the Usage page.

  2. In the Date Range, select the start and end dates for the report.

  3. In the View By dropdown, select Data Transfer or Scans.

    1. If you select Data Transfer:

      • This breakdown will show the data transfer breakdown in gigabytes.

      • The view contains the top 10 repositories with the highest data transfer usage, from highest to lowest usage, according to the service associated with the data transfer. The total data transfer of the 10 repositories, together with the 'Other' data transfer, is equal to the total data transfer for the dates selected.

      • You can also download this report as a CSV file by selecting the Export CSV button on the right side of the data transfer table.

        Note

The downloaded report provides additional information about your usage for time frame you have defined. The name of the downloaded file will resemble this: JFrog_2022-03-2_2022-03-28_DT_By_Repository.csv.

Each line presents unique information per date, server, repository, and service- Artifactory or Xray. For each of these, you will be able to see the breakdown of the total data transfer in bytes, broken into download and upload, and the number of files downloaded and uploaded.

    2. If you select Scans:

      • This breakdown will show the scan breakdown in units.

      • The view contains the top 10 repositories with the highest number of scans, from highest to lowest usage. The total number of scans of the 10 repositories, together with the 'Other' scans, is equal to the total scans for the dates selected.

      • You can also download this report as a CSV file by selecting the Export CSV button on the right side of the table.
