JFrog’s EveryOps Day Sydney Recap
Customer Insights, Ecosystem Growth & What's Next for DevSecOps in ANZ
If there’s one thing we’ve learned from years of working with innovators across industries, it’s this: Progress happens when people come together—not just to showcase, but to share, ask questions, challenge one another, push both themselves and the industry to the next level, and co-create.
That spirit came alive at JFrog’s EveryOps Day Sydney, where we brought together technology leaders, JFrog customers, developers, architects, and partners for an insightful day of discussion about the future of DevSecOps and MLOps. From deep dives on platform modernization strategies and application security, to panel debates around machine learning and ecosystem integrations/APIs, the day wasn’t just about the presentations; it was about participation and insight from the community.
Real Conversations with Real Learnings
One of the most energising moments was watching customers share their stories, challenges, doubts, and lessons learned. The room reflected real-world diversity—attendees came from fintech, retail, energy, banking, and beyond. Regardless of industry, everyone shared common themes : automation, governance, security, and scale. The exchange of ideas among attendees was dynamic, often sparked by networking breaks and audience questions.
Four Streams, One Journey
The day’s content was structured across four major themes, each representing a key pillar in the modern software supply chain, and moving from big-picture trends to actionable strategies. By the end of the event, attendees had a complete view of how JFrog and its broader ecosystem are empowering organisations to build faster, more securely, and at scale.
1. Security-Driven Consolidation
Security remains a top concern across all industries. Customers detailed how they are consolidating fragmented security tools to build a unified, single source of truth infrastructure that enables end-to-end visibility, faster remediation, and reduced operational complexity. These sessions echoed a recurring theme: DevSecOps isn’t a phase—it’s a foundation.
In highly regulated industries like financial services and energy operators, etc where vulnerability management, SBOM visibility, and compliance are critical, this shift toward tool consolidation is even more essential. Fragmented security tools create unnecessary risk and complexity—streamlining into a unified DevSecOps platform is becoming a must, not a nice-to-have.

2. Ecosystem Integration with Partners
One of the key sessions spotlighted how our partnerships, such as those we’ve built with GitHub and TL Consulting, bring together the many moving parts of the modern software supply chain, from tools that create a seamless developer experience to industry expertise in strategic implementations. Together, we help customers bridge silos, accelerate transformation, and simplify complexity across the software lifecycle.
Together, these sessions aimed to link JFrog’s platform strategy with practical technical execution and partner-led enablement.
This is especially true in environments facing increased tool sprawl, where development, security, and operations teams are often juggling disconnected systems. Our integrated approach—backed by trusted partners like TL Consulting and GitHub—helps organisations simplify complexity, reduce vulnerabilities, and improve delivery velocity.
3. Platform Modernization at Enterprise Scale
Several JFrog customers shared their cloud transformation journeys — with Iress standing out for migrating from self-hosted systems to a fully cloud-native environment in just three months. Their story highlighted that this shift isn’t just technical, but deeply cultural. For many attendees, Iress offered a clear, real-world example of what it takes to modernise infrastructure quickly while maintaining resilience and delivery confidence.

4. ML Adoption in Secure Cloud Environments
As organisations scale their machine learning initiatives, the need for traceable, secure pipelines grows. Many of the day’s sessions addressed how to integrate ML workflows into existing DevOps structures—balancing innovation with compliance and control. It was especially interesting to see how these efforts intersect with both cloud infrastructure and supply chain security.
Designed for ANZ, Backed by Global Vision and Commitment
At JFrog, we understand that while software supply chain challenges are global, solutions must be local. From AI/ML integration to policy automation and SBOM visibility, we’re committed to helping ANZ organisations meet compliance, scale securely, and stay future-ready.
EveryOps Day Sydney was a milestone in that journey — not just to share, but to listen. Your feedback is shaping how we evolve our platform, deepen partnerships, and invest in the region to help teams build and release software that’s secure, trusted, and scalable.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. The journey continues—together.
