Lital is a cyber GRC leader with 10 years of experience, leading the Cyber GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) function within the CIO group. A licensed attorney with a background in the intelligence community, she has built JFrog’s GRC program and Customer Trust practice from the ground up, positioning compliance as a business enabler and a driver of revenue rather than a checkbox. Lital has driven JFrog’s most significant compliance milestones, including its IRAP  assessment, advancing ongoing compliance and efficiency that reduces audit overhead and deal lifecycle friction while boosting customer trust.
