The Go programming languages excels in the cloud, and powers a large and significant portion of the cloud native ecosystem, including open-source tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Hashicorp Terraform and Hashicorp Vault. Yet the developer experience remains difficult. The introduction of Go modules offers a native dependency management system that helps developers share versioned code through managed artifact storage.
