What is FrogCare?

FrogCare is JFrog’s way of giving back and helping where we can. In this case, FrogCare is focused on providing DevOps tooling to qualifying organizations or projects that are fighting the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

What do I get?

If your project or company qualifies, you’ll get access to world-class DevOps tools from JFrog free of charge. Hosted on AWS, you’ll have gratis access to JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray for DevSecOps and JFrog Pipelines for cloud-native CI/CD orchestration and management. You’ll be limited to 250GB/month of storage and 5000GB/month of data transfer. You’ll also get up to 5,000 build minutes a month if you’re using Pipelines.

How do I know if I qualify?

Your sign-up on the FrogCare site automatically gets you immediate access to a JFrog free trial. While you can enjoy your tools immediately, we’ll review your project and, if qualifying, we’ll extend your account to the limits set above.

How do I know if I was approved?

You’ll get an email within a few business days from a FrogCare professional letting you know that you’re approved. No further action is required on your part after signup.

Do I get support?

FrogCare-initiated instances are supported 24/7 just like any JFrog subscription.

Is there a time limit?

No. We won’t put a limit on you. This isn’t a way to get you to pay us money. You’ll have access as long as this fight lasts and you need the tools to keep going.

Is it really free? What if I go over the limits?

It’s really free, yes. We just want to help where we can. If you’re approaching your limits, we’ll get in touch with you to give you some tips on how to keep your storage or transfer costs down, or explore other options with you – but don’t worry. This isn’t a sales exercise.
