DevOps Mentor – What it Takes to Become One

As a DevOps Tech Leader, I try to be the best in what I do, but still – I have a lot to improve in order to become a DevOps mentor. In this lightning talk, I will focus on all the aspects that (in my humble opinion) will help me – and you – to become such an expert that you can be considered a mentor. Even if this seems trivial, I will surely surprise you with my point of view about it.
