AWS Activate Terms and Conditions

  1. In order to enjoy the Credit, you must subscribe to a new instance of Artifactory Cloud Pro X or upgrade your existing Subscription to Artifactory Cloud Pro X through the AWS Marketplace before December 14, 2019 (“Artifactory Cloud Pro X Subscription”). This offer is available and limited to the first 100 monthly paying Artifactory Cloud Pro X customers only.
  2. A one-time credit in a fixed amount of $500 (“Credit”) shall be added to your JFrog Artifactory account after the completion of one month of usage of the applicable Artifactory Cloud Pro X Subscription. Upon your first billing cycle (January 15, 2019 or earlier), such Credit shall be applied and issued by AWS.
  3. You may cancel Your Cloud Pro X Subscription at any time. In the event of a cancellation by You prior to the completion of one month of usage as of the start of Your Artifactory Cloud Pro X Subscription, You will be credited for the base daily pricing in connection with such Subscription as of the cancellation date. Any cancellation by You after the completion of one month of usage as of the start of your Artifactory Cloud Pro X Subscription shall be in accordance with the terms set forth in JFrog’s Artifactory Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) License Agreement.
  4. The Credit can only be used towards your usage of Artifactory Cloud Pro X on AWS and cannot be resold, transferred or exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or to be used with any other instances of Artifactory you or any third party may have.
  5. Each JFrog Artifactory account may only receive one Credit.
  6. JFrog reserves the right to decline to provide a Credit where, in its reasonable opinion, the subscription for which the Credit is sought is not in compliance with these terms or is the subject of fraudulent activity.
  7. JFrog reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove or update these Terms or the special offer at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site or Services after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
