In his previous position, Mr. Shulman was chief financial officer at Nasdaq-listed Israel-based chipmaker Mellanox Technologies Ltd. Prior to Mellanox, Mr. Shulman worked for German conglomerate ThyssenKrupp AG and financial consulting and advising firm Ernst & Young.
