Artifactory attempts to connect to its bundled Access server, which should have started at around the same time. This is a local web application hosted by default on the URL https://127.0.0.1:8040/access.
There's a separate startup sequence for the Access server, which can be found in the $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/access/logs/access.log folder.
