When integrating Artifactory's logs with Sumo Logic, if you come across any connectivity issues, you can try the following:

  1. Navigate to Artifactory > Administration > Log Analytics. Where you see Artifactory Dashboard Settings, make sure that the checkbox to Enable this function is ticked. If your network requires a proxy then, towards the bottom of this window, set your proxy. Your Client ID and the Secret should appear automatically. Thereafter, click on Access Dashboard:

  1. Search for _source=JFrogArtifactory. This will reveal any new Artifactory logs:

  1. If this does not work, disable and then re-enable Log Analytics, and repeat the steps above to see if this resolves the issue. If you still have no success, contact JFrog Support and provide us with your support bundle.
