To manually downgrade the Jenkins Artifactory plugin:
1. Shut down Jenkins
2. Delete the artifactory.jpi file and the artifactory folder from ${user_home}/.jenkins/plugins
3. Place the older artifactory.hpi file
4. Start Jenkins.
