ARTIFACTORY: Why is the Support Zone screen empty?

This issue is usually related to Artifactory Filestore corruption, whereas if the binary file of the "service_manifest.json" associated with one of the existing Support Bundles is missing from the configured filestore, the Support Bundle UI page won't load and result in the above error.

Please take into account that as part of the resolution process, any previously created Support Bundles will be deleted from Artifactory.

To resolve this issue, please perform the following steps:

1. Remove the content of the corrupted Support Bundles Repository via tree browser in Artifactory UI

2. In case the Trash Can is enabled, remove the file from the trash can

3. Run a Full Garbage Collection cycle by triggering the Artifactory GC 20 times. This action can be triggered using the Run Garbage Collection REST API call or via the UI by navigating to the Administration module under Artifactory | Maintenance (see Garbage Collection for more information)

To confirm that the above operation resolved the issue, head back to the Support Zone section.
