Part 2: Your Artifactory Instance:

1. Perform an Artifactory shutdown.
2. Configure either db.properties (version 6.x and below) or system.yaml (version 7.x) with your new RDS DB connection details.
3. Start Artifactory and inspect your logs for any issues.
