The below system properties can be applied to remediate the issue until the root cause is found:

Self-Hosted customers may edit the below system properties. Note that modifying these may put your Artifactory instance at risk, these should be applied temporarily to un-block the situation while the root cause is investigated.

artifactory.security.maxLoginBlockDelay=60000
The maximum time (in ms) that the user will get blocked, the default is 60 seconds. Seting to '0' means no suspension.

artifactory.security.max.incorrect.login.attempts=2
The consecutive incorrect login attempts that will trigger a temporary suspension for the user. The default is 2. We may increase this as much as needed.
