What to Do When You Can’t Login to the Artifactory UI

When trying to login to the Artifactory UI with your user credentials, the Artifactory webpage
redirects you back to the homepage when clicking “Log In” -> and the user is not logged in.

Resolution:

This typically occurs when a browser cache hasn’t been cleared. You can confirm this by logging in to
the Artifactory UI using Incognito mode. To resolve this behavior, simply clear the cache/cookies of
the browser you’re using and login again to Artifactory.
