How to send attach files to support case

When opening a support case on JFrog Support Portal, you may attach relevant logs, configuration or other files to elaborate on the reported issue.

Notes:

  1. The maximum upload size for a file is 25 MB.
  2. Some file formats aren't supported:

.ADE, .ADP, .APK, .BAT, .CHM, .CMD, .COM, .CPL, .DLL, .DMG, .EXE, .HTA, .INS, .ISP, .JAR, .JS, .JSE, .LIB, .LNK, .MDE, .MSC, .MSI, .MSP, .MST, .NSH.PIF, .SCR, .SCT, .SHB, .SYS, .VB, .VBE, .VBS, .VXD, .WSC, .WSF, .WSH, .CAB

If you need to upload files larger than 25 MB or with the unsupported format:
please proceed to create the case without uploading the files. Once you create the case, you will receive a case number which you can then use to upload the files using the following cURL command:

  • curl -i -T {filename.ext} "https://supportlogs.jfrog.com/logs/{caseNumber}/"

You do not need to provide any username or password for this upload.
