How to install JFrog Artifactory with Docker?
Hello and welcome everybody. My name is Batel and I am part of the JFrog support team. And today I’m going to show you how to install the Artifactory with Docker installation. So, let’s create our Artifactory home directory. We will create the Artifactory home var/etc directory and create a system.yaml, and provide the right permissions. So, let’s do it together.
System.yaml. Providing the right permissions. Now, if we would like to add extra configuration, like the JavaOPs or changing the foster, we can easily do that in the system.yaml file that we just created, but let’s just run the basic configuration for now. I’m just use the Docker run command and I’m using port 8081 and 8082 as you can see here. And basically, pulling Artifactory full version.
Let’s give it another few seconds.
Now we can easily manage it with the Docker commands. Let’s seed it. Starting. So, we can see the Docker Artifactory image right here. Let’s start before two seconds and let’s check the logs.
You see here Artifactory is starting. Afterwards, we’ll be able to login to Artifactory on port 8082. Thank you for joining. See you on the next video.
