Artifactory/Xray: Does Artifactory/Xray support PostgreSQL 14?

While Xray and other JFrog products come bundled with PostgreSQL database and JFrog officially recommends running Artifactory with PostgreSQL database as well, the current supported PostgreSQL versions are 13.x, 12.x, 11.x or 10.x. Therefore, it is not recommended to run Artifactory or Xray with PostgreSQL version 14.x or 15.x at the moment. 

These versions should be supported in the future but currently are not.
