I got an email invitation to a MyJFrog Portal
The Primary Admin of the JFrog subscription has invited you to work in the MyJFrog portal.
(If you are the Primary Admin see Primary Admin Registration).
In the invitation email, click the link.
The MyJFrog Portal opens in a new tab of your browser.
You may be prompted to log in if no other JFrog portals are currently open on your computer.
First-time JFrog users may need to set the password for their JFrog user account, or specify their account on an Identity provider such as Github or Google.
I Can't Log In
The invitation you received may have expired. Contact the Primary Admin that sent the invitation.
Verify that you completed account registration by providing a password, and are using the correct password.
I Forgot My Password
Click the Forgot Password? link in the login page.
Enter the username or email address associated with your JFrog account.
Click Send Request. You will get an email with instructions to reset your password.
Primary Admin Registration
When your subscription was created, you received a welcome email with the URL of your MyJFrog Portal. Click the link in the email. The Welcome to MyJFrog Portal dialog appears.
Click Sign Up. The Sign Up dialog appears.
Enter the email address associated with your JFrog subscription, and click Request to sign up.
JFrog sends a confirmation email you can use to authenticate your first connection to MyJFrog.
