MyJFrog is the central portal for managing the business and administrative aspects of your JFrog account. It provides visibility into purchased services, connected deployments, usage data (where applicable), and offers quick actions for license management and support access.

Scope

This is available for all Self-Hosted (SH) customers.

Key Roles of MyJFrog for Self-Hosted

  • Purchased Services: View your purchased licenses and additional products. For services that report usage to JFrog (such as Advanced Security and ML Credits), usage details are displayed.

  • Deployments (JPDs): A simple view of all connected or installed JFrog Platform Deployments, including last connection status.

  • Licenses and Keys: Quick access to license management, including the ability to download license files, copy keys, and export entitlements.

  • User and Support Management: Manage portal Admin users and configure Support Contacts for technical assistance.

  • Audit Log: Access audit logs to track portal activity and view a history of all actions done by users in the portal.

  • Central Resource Hub: Direct access to support, documentation, and other JFrog services from one location.
