The MyJFrog Cloud Portal includes a Topology page that lets you view and manage the servers that are configured and deployed in your subscription.

Subscription Information

The Topology page is available only for Frog Cloud (SaaS) Enterprise X subscriptions with multiple JPDs, and for Enterprise+ and Enterprise+ Hybrid subscriptions.

User Roles

The Topology page is available only for Primary Admin, Admin, and Technical Member roles. Any of these roles can add servers - but all servers are created with initial user credentials set to the Primary Admin email. The Primary Admin logs in to the server and invites other users.

In the MyJFrog menu bar, click the Topology icon. The Topology page lists the servers that are configured and active in your subscription. For each server, the following information is shown:

Server Name: the unique identifier of the active instance. The server URL has the form <ServerName>.jfrog.io.

Type: the type of server deployment. This is one of the following values:

Provider: the cloud provider that hosts the server.

Region: the geographical region of the provider's cloud that hosts the server.

Status: the operating state of the server. This is one of the following values:

  • In Progress: The instance is setting up.

  • Active: The instance is active.

  • Inactive: The instance is inactive.

  • Pending: (Smart Archiving servers only) The Archive server is not yet associated with an active JFrog Platform instance.

When new servers are available in your JFrog Cloud subscription, the following banner appears at the top of the Topology page:

You have n servers ready to be configured.
