Invite an Expired Invitation User

To send an invite to a user whose invitation link has expired:

  1. If you are registered to MyJFrog Portal, go to the URL to access MyJFrog Portal.

  2. Additionally, you can access the MyJFrog Portal from the JFrog Platform. For more information, see Platform Single Sign-On to MyJFrog.

    Note

    You must be a Platform Admin to access the MyJFrog Portal via the JFrog Platform.

    Log into the JFrog Platform, and in the left navigation bar of the Application module, click MyJFrog Portal.

    This opens the MyJFrog Portal in a new tab in your browser.

  3. Go to the Manage Users page, select the List view, and click the Action menu (three dots) next to the expired invitation user.

  4. Click Resend Invitation.

  5. The user will receive another email inviting them to register. Once they complete the registration, they will be added to the subscription as a user.
