Note
You can create a request to change the cloud provider or region settings using the MyJFrog Portal if you have a single JPD subscription. However, if you have multiple JPD subscriptions, contact your Account Manager to make these changes, as the process is more complex. The option to create a request directly in the MyJFrog Portal for multiple JPDs will be available in the near future.
Follow the steps to change the cloud provider or region settings:

Only a Primary Admin, Admin, or Technical member can change these settings. Users with the Finance member role are not permitted to change the settings.
Go to Settings > General.
In the Request Cloud Changes section, select a different cloud provider from the Select Provider dropdown menu.
In the Select Region section, select a different region from the Select Region dropdown menu.
Click Send Request to send the change request.
Your JFrog account manager will contact you upon receiving your request.
