Multi-factor authentication (MFA) strengthens access security for JFrog Support Portal. When enabled, in addition to their user credentials, users will have to authenticate with a one-time password (OTP) generated by one of three authentication applications, per the user's choice:
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator
  • FreeOTP
This ensures that if a user's credentials are compromised, multi-factor authentication will help prevent unauthorized access to the JFrog Support Portal.

Enable/Disable Multi-factor Authentication

Use the following steps to enable multi-factor authentication for users in the JFrog Support Portal.
  1. Navigate to My Profile | By clicking on your picture/name icon in the top right screen
