Authentication Provider Plugins Deprecated and Replaced With APIs

To increase security, JFrog has deprecated a number of authentication provider plugins and replaced them with REST APIs that provide the same functionality. Additional plugins will also be replaced with APIs in the future.

RTFACT-29404	Fixed an issue related to Go whereby, the `List` command did not return all package versions that were stored in Artifactory.
RTFACT-29199	Fixed an issue related to Conda whereby, when a package contained a folder with another Conda package, Artifactory misidentified the package name and generated an incorrect name in the `repodata.json` file.
RTDEV-29797	Fixed an issue related to PyPI whereby, packages downloaded through remote repositories were not visible on the Packages view in the JFrog WebUI.
JA-4701	Fixed an issue where a security change generated a warning message during an Access Federation sync due to missing id.
