Conan Metadata Calculation has been Optimized RTFACT-27133

The time required to calculate metadata for Conan has been reduced by up to half.

RTFACT-29270	Fixed an issue related to Docker remote repositories whereby, when the `Metadata Retrieval Cache Period` setting was set to a value other than zero, the `tags/list` REST API returned an error.
RTFACT-27474	Fixed an issue whereby, when configuring repository replication if the `enableEventReplication` and `syncDeletes` parameters were both enabled and the `syncDeletes` parameters was disabled via REST API, both parameters were disabled.
RTFACT-25812	Fixed an issue whereby, delayed logins were not logged in the `artifactory-service.log`.
RTDEV-27896	Fixed an issue whereby, when running the Conan 2.0 `Conan List` REST API, Artifactory returned a 500 error.
RTDEV-29036	Fixed an issue related to Docker promotion whereby, under certain circumstances, when promoting a Docker local repository with the `copy` parameter enabled, Artifactory returned a 500 error.
RTDEV-28812	Fixed an issue whereby, enabling `Force Authentication` in Conan virtual repositories was not reflected in the WebUI.
