To monitor archive and restore, in the Active Artifactory Instance, follow these steps:
From UI View
After initiating an archive or restore operation, you can monitor its progress and view the status of archive and restore operations from the respective runs
From Artifactory Logs
As per the User persona, you can work with the contexts as described below:

From the Projects drop-down list, click All Projects.
From the Administrator module, click Monitoring, and then click Artifactory Logs.
The Artifactory Logs page appears.
From the View System Logs drop-down list, select artifactory-service.log.
View the logs.
