Overview
JFrog's Artifactory most important function is enabling downloads. Artifactory is not just a simple file server, it also responds to requests for metadata and has other REST API functionality. All of these requests are time-sensitive and proactively monitoring response times can help you address slowness. It helps you gain insights on:
Throughput over a duration of time.
If any specific REST API calls are slow.
If any one of the variables (threads, connections, etc) are a bottleneck for the throughput.
Duration
Displays success and error counts for the top 100 API calls and duration time of each call.
