Why can’t I see a customer’s usage data for a subscription?

Verify that the customer’s subscription falls under a SaaS Reseller subscription model. Ensure that the Partner attestation has been completed, which indicates the customer has granted consent for reseller visibility.

Where can I see whether the Partner attestation has been provided for a Resell SaaS subscription?

The attestation request will be sent to the MyJFrog for Partners Admin for the partner account. They will need to verify if they have attested to the subscription. If they are unsure, they can contact their assigned JFrog Partner Manager or email partners@jfrog.com.

Where can I provide the Partner attestation for a Resell SaaS subscription so I can see the customer’s usage data?
