For SaaS customers using an unauthenticated connection to Dockerhub for pulling public images, Artifactory provides you with unlimited, high-performance access to Docker Hub and to Docker Official Images to simplify cloud-native application development. This allows you to streamline, automate, and simplify the way DevOps teams work. This is available to customers using the JFrog SaaS platform, including free subscriptions offered on AWS, GCP, and Azure. This unlimited access to Docker Hub is provided based on reasonable use. Overly excessive access may incur rate limits.
Customers using the Self-Hosted platform are subject to the official Docker Hub rate limits as stated here.
