From Artifactory version 7.38.17 (Self-Hosted), you can increase the socket timeout when syncing large repositories between federated members within a Federation.
To increase the timeout time, increase the default value 20000 milliseconds using the artifactory.mirror.http.client.socket.timeout.mili=200000 parameter in the artifactory.system.properties file.
