Currently, the JFrog CLI does not officially support UNC path.
Resolution/Workaround
As a workaround on Linux based OS systems, we can use the Unix symbolic links.
On Windows based OS systems, we can map a network drive. For example, here is a Samba drive which uses the UNC path:

By mapping it to Z:/ drive for example, you will be able to upload/download files successfully by pointing to a regular Z:/ path:
This operation can also be achieved with symbolic links on Linux based OS.
