You do not need to follow the above guidelines to open a ticket as it would not be applicable. If you have technical questions or configuration questions, please follow the below guidelines for opening a ticket:
 

Include a full description of your question or concern:
  1. A clear problem statement or question - "Should I use replication to set up a DR system?"
  2. Use case - "I want a backup Artifactory if my Production goes down."
  3. End goal (if applicable)
  4. Include links to the documentation you followed, especially if you found our documentation needs to be corrected
