This article aims to clarify the "Other" category under the Usage Explorer available in the MyJFrog portal. The Usage Explorer page offers a detailed overview of the data usage. In the Data Transfer section, you'll find metrics related to repositories, users, and projects that may include "Other" category. For these sections, we only display the top 10 most used repositories/users/projects. The 10th result is shown as "Other," which represents the remaining repositories/users/projects that are not in the top ten.If you generate a report that contains “Other” fields: The report will display the top 1,999 records according to your chosen grouping criteria. Any usage beyond these records will be grouped and labeled as “Other”. The “Other” category guarantees that no usage data is overlooked; however, it does not provide detailed insights for those additional resources within the report itself. To reduce the amount of data categorized as “Other” when generating a report for “Artifact Path” or “IP address” and to obtain more accurate insights, consider applying filters to focus the report on relevant resources, such as specific Projects. We recommend reading “How to calculate the Usage in JFrog Artifactory Cloud” for more details about usage calculations and billing.
