When integrating Artifactory's logs with Sumo Logic, if you come across any connectivity issues, you can try the following:

Navigate to Artifactory's Administration > Platform Monitoring > Log Analytics page. 

Here you see the SumoLogic Dashboard Settings. First, make sure the "Enable" checkbox is ticked. A new Client ID and the Secret should get generated automatically after this setting is enabled for the first time. 

If your network requires a proxy, set the proxy configuration at the bottom of this window. 

If everything looks good here, next click on the "Access Dashboard" button:

  1. In Sumo Logic, click Live Tail:

  1. Search for _source=JFrogArtifactory. This will reveal any new Artifactory logs:

  1. If this does not work, disable and then re-enable Log Analytics, and repeat the steps above to see if this resolves the issue. If you still have no success, contact JFrog Support and provide us with your support bundle.
