On the Azure Active Directory page, click on Enterprise Applications at the left corner of the page.

Once inside the Enterprise Applications page, click All Applications → New Application

Click Create your own Application, Choose to Integrate any other application you don't find in the gallery (Non-gallery), and give the desired name of your application. Once done, click Create

On your newly created application page, navigate to Provisioning at the left corner of the page and click on Get Started.

We will need to get configuration details and a token from Artifactory in order to connect Azure AD to Artifactory. To do this, please navigate to Artifactory UI and click on Administration tab → Security → SCIM → Generate Token

Copy the Base URL and Token from Artifactory UI and paste them in the respective fields in the Azure Application Provisioning configuration page.
